• Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, and your name if you provide it.
• Booking and contact enquiries. The name, email address and enquiry details you submit through the booking form or send by email.
• Shop orders. Orders are processed by our ecommerce provider, which collects the contact, delivery and payment details needed to fulfil your order. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Basic technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as approximate location, browser type and pages visited.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, send the newsletter you asked for, fulfil and support shop orders, and keep the site secure and working properly. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the providers needed to run the site: our email marketing platform (for the newsletter), our ecommerce and payment providers (for shop orders), and our website hosting and backend provider. These providers process the data on our behalf.

The site uses cookies and similar storage that are necessary for core functionality, such as keeping your shopping bag between pages. Embedded content from third parties (for example ticketing, video and podcast platforms) may set its own cookies under those providers’ policies.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and keep a reasonable business record. Order records are retained by our ecommerce provider as required for tax and accounting.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
